Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all sales are generally final once service delivery has begun.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The service has not yet started

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • A technical issue prevented delivery of service

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Lack of playlist placement

  • Lower-than-expected streams

  • Dissatisfaction with curator decisions

  • Algorithm performance

  • Change of mind

  • Strategic changes after purchase

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms

Results are not guaranteed.

4. Service Commencement

Once pitching outreach or campaign work has begun, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.

5. Dispute Resolution

Clients agree to contact SongBoost Media directly before initiating any dispute or chargeback.

Failure to do so may result in permanent refusal of future services.
